What this site is

freshwork.dev is a marketing site that describes our work. Visiting it doesn't create a business relationship by itself. To work together we sign a separate proposal or service agreement.

Content on this site

Everything we publish here (text, code, images, case studies) is owned by Freshwork unless otherwise noted. Case-study images sourced from Behance remain the property of their respective owners and clients. You can quote or link to our content with attribution, but please don't republish it wholesale without asking us.

Submitting a project request

When you fill out the contact form, you're making an informal request. We don't commit to anything until we sign a written proposal or contract. Likewise, you don't commit to anything by reaching out.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as-is, without warranties. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors. For specific work we deliver to clients, liability terms are defined in the corresponding service contract.

External links

When we link to external sites (Behance, LinkedIn, GitHub, partner sites, etc.) we don't control those destinations and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. For service contracts with international clients, the applicable jurisdiction is defined in each contract.
