This page describes what data we collect when you interact with freshwork.dev, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We try to keep this short and honest.

Who we are

Freshwork is a software studio based in Santiago, Chile, operated by Gonzalo De Spirito. When this policy says "we" or "us", it refers to Freshwork.

What we collect

Only what you give us through the contact forms on this site: name, email, optional company name, optional project type, optional budget range, optional timeline, and the message you write. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to your message and evaluate whether we are a good fit for your project. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with marketing partners, we don't profile you.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a Postgres database that we operate, and the contents are also forwarded to our email via Resend (resend.com). The site is hosted on our own infrastructure. Hosting providers may keep request logs for operational and security reasons.

How long we keep it

We keep contact submissions while we're in active conversation with you, and for up to 24 months after our last interaction in case you come back. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what data we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just write to [email protected] with a brief description of your request. We'll reply within five business days.

Cookies

We don't set tracking cookies. The site may use first-party cookies strictly required for basic functionality (e.g. remembering your language). No third-party trackers are loaded.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for active clients, send a short heads-up by email.
