Láminas Mundial — Láminas Mundial: the 2026 World Cup album, in your pocket

The problem

Collecting the World Cup album is still an analog process: nobody remembers which of the 980 stickers they're missing, duplicates pile up with nowhere to go, and trades depend on WhatsApp lists or the luck of running into the right collector. For an event that lasts a few weeks, every bit of friction counts: either you solve it now, or the album ends up incomplete once again.

What we did

We built Láminas Mundial as our own product for the 2026 World Cup: a web app where you mark your stickers with a single tap — tap to add, long-press to subtract — and instantly see how many you're missing and how many duplicates you have. You can also log stickers by voice dictation: hold the microphone, read out the codes, and the app marks them as you speak.

On that base we built the social layer: trades with collectors near you and real sticker packs as participation rewards. Everything runs in the browser, nothing to download, and you can try it without creating an account — full onboarding takes 30 seconds.

The outcome

A product shipped in the exact window of the event, with the speed a well-scoped MVP demands: the smallest version that solves the whole pain — logging, knowing what's missing, trading — without months of development the World Cup calendar wouldn't forgive. It's the same scope discipline we apply to our clients' projects.
